Program Details
Manna Pro, creator of Flock Party, had a vision to design an eye-catching, semi-permanent endcap that would build brand awareness, support new product launches, and drive consumers in-line to explore every-day products. Manna Pro’s overall goal was to grow annual sales through incremental shelf placement at Tractor Supply retail locations.
Execution Details
The chicken coop design structure was used to engage shoppers quickly. The design was a freestanding endcap able to withstand 10-12 months on the floor and five rotations of differentiated product assortments. The displays were kitted flat into easy-to manage shippers. Assembling on-site allowed for easy setup. Graphic branding and imagery enabled the display to attract, engage and convert shoppers.
The semi-permanent endcap accommodated individual product weights ranging from 2 – 25 lbs. Design testing found the most effective way to execute was to rely on mixed materials, such as inner coroplast side walls and metal poles, for each shelf to receive the varying product weights and dimensions.
Program Summary/Results
Performance: The display was easy to assemble and performed well to build brand awareness, support new product launch, and drive consumers to explore product. The display integrity and durability requirements were met.
Sales: Manna Pro achieved 150% of expected forecast for the first 17 weeks of the program.
